These terms govern your use of www.ryvanai.com (the "site"), operated by Ryvan Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Ryvan", "we", "us"), a company registered in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

These terms cover the website only. Any engagement to deliver services is governed by a separate written agreement (a statement of work or master services agreement) signed by both parties. Where that agreement and these terms conflict, that agreement prevails.

Use of the site

You may view, browse and print pages for your own business evaluation. You may not:

• use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of any applicable law;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server, or any connected system;
• probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the site without our prior written consent;

Nothing on the site grants you any licence or right to use any of it, except as expressly stated here.

No warranty on site content

The site is provided "as is". We take care to keep it accurate and current, but we make no warranty that the content is complete, error-free or up to date, or that the site will be uninterrupted or free of defects. Descriptions of our services, capabilities, targets and products are provided for information and are not offers, commitments or guarantees of any particular outcome. Any performance figures stated on the site (for example uptime targets) describe what we design and aim for, not a contractual service level. Contractual service levels, where they apply, are set out only in a signed agreement.

Submissions

If you send us an enquiry, do not include confidential information in it. We treat information you send through the contact form as non-confidential unless and until a non-disclosure agreement is in place between us. We handle personal data in that enquiry in the way described in our Privacy Policy.

Third-party links

The site links to third-party services, such as WhatsApp. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. A link is not an endorsement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ryvan is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or business, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site. We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you use the site is the version that applies. We will update the "last updated" date whenever we change them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or your use of the site.
